Our application process is online and entirely paperless making the process smooth and efficient for you. From our website, click Apply in the top menu bar or by choosing a floor plan, then unit, then clicking Apply Online.
While appointments are encouraged, they are not required. Feel free to stop by during office hours and we will do our best to assist you!
If you’re not ready to apply, click Email Us to send us your questions, or stop by to visit our community. Our pricing does change daily so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible to lock in the current rate.
Up front, there is an Application Fee of $26.50 per Adult Individual. Once screening is completed and an application is approved, there is a non-refundable Administrative Fee of $200 per unit to officially reserve your apartment home!
*Other items such as First Month’s Rent, Security Deposit & Pet Charges are not due until move-in day.
The Boardwalk is proudly Pet Friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home. Per pet, there is a $600 pet deposit ($200 is refundable, $400 is non-refundable) and Monthly Pet Rent per pet of $35 for Cats and $50 for Dogs.

Our Apartment Homes
All of the apartment homes at The Boardwalk are modern and new, though select finishes and color schemes may vary depending on the specific unit. Please reach out to the leasing office directly if you have any questions about the details of our interior design plans.
Yes! Every apartment home at The Boardwalk comes with all kitchen appliances included, in addition to a washer and dryer in every unit.
Yes! Every apartment home at The Boardwalk is equipped with a superior Smart-Home system that allows residents to securely access their apartment home via an app on their smartphones! Smart Access Control includes features such as Keyless Entry, Guest Access, and Thermostat controls.
Yes, we do.
The Boardwalk will have a private, on-site surface lot available for residents of Phase 1. Upon Phase 2 completion, an underground parking garage will be available at an additional cost to select units. Managed parking services will also be available on an added subscription charge basis. Street parking is readily available nearby at no charge, and on a first come, first served basis.
The Boardwalk will have a 24/7 mail center and package locker system available for resident use!
At Boardwalk, our staff will always be ready to assist you! We have in-person office hours available on-site each day, or you can always email or call anytime, and we will be sure to get back to you as soon as possible. Emergency Afterhours Maintenance will also be available 24/7 in the event of a maintenance emergency.
